Returns

Sending back products

Take the following steps

1. Report a product to be returned within 14 days after delivery
2. Do this by sending an email to info@duivenwereldxl.nl
3. Clearly state the order number, item name and item number.
4. Finally, state your name, address and bank account number to which the refund can be made.
5. You will then receive an email from us regarding the processing.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned.

1. Goods that have been ordered for you and are not standard in stock.
2. Products that are custom made.
3. Personalized products
4. Gift cards
5. Articles that cost less than € 17.50
   

Returned items must comply with:

1. Undamaged product packaging
2. No damage or breakage to items
3. To be packaged well.
4. No pasted stickers - described items
5. To be received by us, within 10 days after notification of return.

Payment for shipments and returns.

1. The shipping costs of the items are paid by the buyer, also when the order is returned
2. The return costs of the items are paid by the buyer.
3. The shipping costs of the products that have been delivered by us are paid by us.
4. Settlement of the shipping costs takes place with the refund of the order. 
5. e.g. settlement:

• • Paid with order 6.95 (Netherlands), for abroad the shipping costs are higher!
  • Paid for return label 13.50* from abroad
  • Total to be settled 6.95 + 13.50 = 20.45
  • For the Netherlands, the return shipment is usually 8.50 or 11.50*
