1. Can I pick up products
Yes, but only for products that do not meet the weight and dimensions of PostNL. You must make an appointment for this. 055 506 1201.
2. Can I reorder products?
This is possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Your repeat order will then be packaged with the 1st order. You will then find the shipping costs in your package in cash. If your order has been shipped, we will deliver the products as a 2nd order.
3. What is the delivery time?
If an item is in stock, it will be shipped immediately after a notification from Sisow that your order has been paid, this usually happens within 1-2 working days. The delivery time is stated with each product and starts after confirmation of payment. If we no longer have products in stock, we will inform you by email.
4. How long does it take before I can expect my package?
In principle, your package will be delivered by PostNL within 2 - 4 working days after the shipment confirmation. The shipment will take place on the day of confirmation of your payment by Multisafepay
5. The package and/or items are damaged, what can I do?
If your package and/or products in the package have arrived damaged, we ask you to refuse the package. If this is not possible, state the damage on the delivery note. Notify us of the damage by email as soon as possible. We will then ensure that the damage is resolved as soon as possible
6. The ordered product is not what I expected.
You have the option to cancel the purchase agreement without giving reasons within 14 days of receipt of the products. You are expected to handle the product "neatly", this means, among other things, that you do not damage the packaging, and do not use the product "just". When you use to cancel the purchase agreement, you must return the product undamaged and in the original undamaged packaging.
Returning the package after you have received an email from us with instructions. If the product or the original packaging is damaged, the consumer is obliged to pay compensation in connection with a product that is difficult to sell. After receipt and assessment of the return item, you will receive the purchase amount, including shipping costs, back to your account.
7. Can I order products to pick up at racing pigeon fairs?
Yes, that's possible. You can then order products up to 2 working days prior to the exhibition. We will then reserve these for you and bring them with us. The relevant fairs are: Kassel, NPO manifestation, Dortmund, Kortrijk and the spring fair.
